changes:
1. Army upkeep increase every 50 soldiers (instead of 75).
2. Changed power calculation: soldiers/10 + workers/25 + conquer count. Old formula had workers/50 and (2 x conquer count).
3. Changed score calculation: (crystals * 25) + (relics * 500) + (10 * power).
4. Cap on max growth rate removed.
5. Vacationed colonies now also get an event when mass bonus is given.
6. Large oil/metal boosts minimum amount received increases according to the current tick.
7. Healing of units moved to the last step of the tick engine, this means that battles happen on a tick before units heal so if you do a spy attack the tick before an attack happens the units will not heal before the battle.
8. Fixed Ban events.
9. Profiles and Help screens opened!
10. Top voters launched. The top voter is displayed on the community screen.
11. Production boosts re-added.
12. Reduced the cost of Farm 4 and Farm 5 structures.
13. Fixed map graphics.
14. Rank icon formula changed to level = square root of your power. (instead of +1 level every 15 power)
15. You get 1 crystal each time you complete 200 votes for battle dawn.
16. Metal/oil from crystals increased to 0.4 per crystal rounded up, previously was 0.2 per crystal.
17. Metal/oil from relics increased to 20, previously was 10 per relic.
18. Cannot perform jam on your own colonies / outposts.
19. Added three sorting types to orders > squads. Sort by name, location and action.
20. Added total conquers count in orders > conquers tab.
21. Added a special flag to mark a specific alliance and a specific ruler. This feature allows to easily mark individual ruler's on the world map as well.
22. Squads docked on colonies / outposts are shown as 80% of their original size to allow easier selection of the colony / outpost they are docked on.
23. Colonies / outposts click area size increased.
24. Fixed a bug in sending / receiving tokens event texts.
25. Vacation now protects ONLY the ruler's colony. All outposts remain exposed to attacks.
26. Added ruler name in satscan tooltip.
27. If a player was slaughtered in a battle (even if his team won) he will only be able to view his own side's loses.
28. Green ring added when you have a squad selected to show you the maximum distance that squad can travel.
29. Inactivity/autovacation changed - Used to be 250 ticks to autovacation, another 250(750 for supporters) to deletion. New model is now 1 week to deletion, 168 ticks on single tick worlds, 336 on double tick worlds.

The update #12: inactive conquers giving less taxation was REMOVED, all colonies give 10% taxation like they always did.

not surprised it got changed... i still have a question that was not answered due to the insanity of the old topic, and that is regarding rank images. square root of power correct? so does that mean you get corporal at 4 power, Sargent at nine, ect or am i mistaken?

one other thing. now that we get crystals for every 200 votes, can we have a counter that shows us how close we are? on the actual voting page, it could just say

Hey,i dont know if this has something to do with the updates but i cant move units from a squad back into my main base now. It says "not enough room in squad" when i try to do it.
Might be a glitch from the updates you should look into.

why isnt it still 2x the conquer count??? that was always fair....never unfair...i see no reason to change the way people are built in score...it ruined me..and probably ALOT of others who worked hard to get those conquers and be ranked 1...

thanks Andrew is there a place on RC forum that talks about what changes you are trying out on the RC world as we need a easy way to see all that stuff so we can save you problems like ex update #12 we wou;d be able to say know it sucks before it gets out into the comunity and they would not know any better.

the new scoreing still sucks my alliance (TCW F4) was almost 2000 points ahead of the rank 2 alliance (CoV) and now we are only 5 points ahead of them

and my best plaayer dropped from rank 1 to rank 13 WTH (im the leader)

But thanks for getting rid of update 12 but some of my conquers are still only sending me 0 taxlation could we get the taxlation changed to minium of 1 please

Also the jump to position function in the scoreboard isn't being very accurate now.
