So if the multi that I'm talking about is against the rule I think we should change it. Cuz if we don't, someone do it and got banned. He will go and say something not nice about this (since that is actually not in the rules).

Technically, it's against the rules that you signed in the ToS but the admins are lovely angels and let it slide since it doesn't give TOO much of an advantage and it's quite an active tactic. Although, I do stress there is risk involved - I know many people (vets and newbs) who accidentally lost track of their accounts, built on two worlds and got all of them banned. I highly recommend only having one account but (for now) nobody will stop you from having more as long as you keep them on separate worlds.

I still need official answers from the admins though.

I don't use multi accounts since as Jacob has said, it's an abuse to the achievement and vote systems. So basically I'm against this idea.

Its best not to do it, you dont need a admins word on that because it not likely that Seth will post here twice. Just dont do it, Like Ferret said people lose track and get banned. It happens all the time.
