does it make much difference watching it in 3D than in normal since your going to watch it for its story but not for the dimension your watching with.

3D IMAX and normal are both COMPLETELY different. I probably have bad feedback cause I watched it in normal. Go for the 3D

I thought to ask the same,but he said glasses,not sun glasses.so he might mean the glasses that help him with eye problem

yes i am near sighted so i needed to have them otherwise the whole movie would have been burly and before you ask me about contacts i dont use them because they bother my eyes

watched 2012 instead of Avatar because it were sold out, even far after the first shows, it's kinda sick how much people watch it =P

the new 3D is better than the old red and blue 3D
