On the community boards for the top players, rather than being green or blue, the people in my alliance are coloured red, like my enemies :|

That's odd...are you sure those are your alliance members, and not members of a different alliance?

I remember this from the beta. Sometimes I would be marked red along with everyone else in my alliance. Other times I would be blue.

We should be green. It switches from red to blue... happened in beta as well.
