I think the new login system is messing up the ticker. Ever since the new login, the ticks have not functioned properly for me, and now I cannot enter the next tick, on all my servers! I refresh the client and everything but nothing changes the tick. I can see occasionally see new squads and still receive events, but its a big pain.

ticks not passing are problems on the server... at least this time it is. Ticks aren't passing for a lot of people. It MAY be due to more people getting on and/or registering, causing the server to take longer to update.
Ticks are simple time based things on the server... ticks pass if you are online or not....its never a client side thing (unless of course they REALLY screwed up, causing the clients portal cache to block any new data, making it appear that ticks aren't passing :/)
