NOTE: I cant supply pics
Yeah I'm trying to recruit range units, the icons there, but it says on the bottom part of the screen ERR_YOU_DONT_HAVE_TECH even when I have the Range Upgrade Workshop. Pls reply

I have the same problem, but it seems to be isolated in the Training Base, I can still recruit at my colony

I have range and inf, I also have full control ticks over my TB
