why after buying thousands of levell 30 boxes do i never get a spider? also I was about to fuse a fire gaurdian to my galaxus A and ended up fusing the it the oppodite way [dang] this is really bad i go from 700 ladders point to 400 in less than 20 minutes really? The reason why you don't get a Spider torso may be because not all legendary items are available for all.

For example, i've gotten Apocalypse Mark 2 (physical top weapon) several times but never got Apocalypse Mark 3. Same goes with Gladiator torso, i've never gotten it but i've gotten all other lvl30 legendary torsos.

Also, i've seen players who have Rail Gun (physical side weapon) or Iron Shredder (lvl28 physical side weapon) but doesn't have Iron Shredder (lvl30 physical side weapon).

If you read correctly then i said it "may be" so, not that it certainly is so.
It's just, i have bought over 100 item boxes and there are legendary items that i've never gotten.

Here are all legendary items in range of 28-30 that i've never gotten:
Gladiator (lvl30)
Galaxus Model B (lvl30)
Legs (lvl30) (+60 HP)
Caseus (lvl28)
Iron Shredder (lvl28)
Shotgun X Mark 2 (lvl30)
Shotgun X Mark 3 (lvl30)
Apocalypse Mark 3 (lvl30)

Though, a developer or someone who knows exactly how the item boxes system works should tell how it really is.

It is rather a straightforward thing. You've a chance to get a legendary item in the box and then I'm it simply rolls between them. There is certainly no limit of a person getting a certain item.

Not exactly. The actual chance to get a legendary form an item box is 100*(1-(99/100)^3) which is actually %2,9701. according to that, calculate again.
