I only got an NA account as well. :/ anyway we can work something out? Like if I can use someone else that actually have champs and runes instead of a level 2 account with nothing? EDIT: Just PM me if we can get something worked out, I would like to join  Anyone who wants to play on NA just PM me. HitmarkerMerk is my summoner name.

Than use my reffer link and make a acc u will help me with it!
whats ur in game name and divsion come on guys we can do this just put some effort in it and level to 10!

Level 10 isn't enough really  If you're fighting a level 30, their stats from masteries and runes will be much stronger than yours and will scale better than your stats all game (especially if you're AP).

Best way is to have it on NA. I will lend you my account for you to play if I have the champs you want.
