This update was put in place to help new players have a chance to get a grasp of the game on faster worlds before getting kicked out of protection, and so, the amount of protection ticks is now relative to tick speed.

It's now :
200 protection ticks in 2 t/h worlds
300 protection ticks in 3 t/h worlds
400 ....

The production boost will be Remaining ticks * 3 / tick speed, so if you break protection as soon as you place, you'll have 300 ticks of production boost, just like with the previous system.

Most non-boosters wait for the tick 101 advantage to level the playing field with activity and more conquers. With this new change, tick 300 will be enough time for boosters to have already amassed a HUGE advantage. Although this does help the new players. its not as good for non-boosters.

Considering the income that conquers are, it's a non-factor in the general scope of a start. Resource outposts are everything during the beginning of the game, and so are outposts. Outposts aren't protected during a newb's protection so I doubt this is a huge advantage to boosters.

non boosters waits for 101 tick to grab conquers .. this will only increase farming for non booster

No, as stated in the message the resource boost will be divided by the tick speed thus remaining the same.
