Some latest news.
I've completed my lvl46 mech (see the 1st post) and added some info regarding about my future plans.

Oh, some time ago, i also completed the Single Player Campaign for the 2nd time. 8-)
Though, this time i asked some help from Meteor and Antares.
I've could done it without the 2 but that would've taken too much time.

Well, that depends on your strategy. But in general, Dragon is better than HAL.

As a comparsion:
Dragon - 360HP, 60 En capacity, 30 En regen, 75 Heat capacity, 40 Shutdown, 30 Bullets, 40 rockets, 6 Modules, 5 Kits.
HAL - 450HP, 60 En capacity, 14 En regen, 55 Heat capacity, 19 Shutdown, 40 Bullets, 40 rockets, 6 Modules, 3 Kits.

Well, that's the obvious comparison... The comparison that truly shows the better torso, is with the modules filled and maybe with the kits filled...

Like i said, it depends on your strategy (e.g. what kind of modules you equip).
But when you equip the same modules to both of them, the stats increase in proportion, leaving the same result as without modules.

Though, HAL having 2 Kit slots less than a Dragon is a drawback, especially when you tend to use kits in your matches.

And to me, HAL having 90HP more isn't efficient enough to compensate it's low regeneration and shutdown values. (Also, HAL's 20 points less Heat capacity isn't good for me either since i'm mostly using Heat based weapons.)
