Just played a game with my opponent the same level as me. As usual I was shown the 'Equal level, starting with one action point screen' but I still somehow managed to activate my drone, and shield in my turn. Just to make sure I'm not tripping, has anybody else come across this bug before?

Yes, I have come across it many times - about 50% or more of the times I start with 1 action point it happens.

In the too many cheaters!!! thread I mentioned it;

Happens a lot to me and other players versing me. I assumed it was a well known bug because how often it happens....

It also happens with me all the time.

Actually, i'm kinda hoping to get 2 moves while i start with 1 AP

(i'm still missing the time when you had 2 APs at the start of the battle, no matter the equal mech lvl).
