I accidentally deleted it (mission statement on the left side ) and i wanna how can i bring it back ?

You cannot bring missions back after you remove them but next time you place on a world they will be there again.

From the main menu you select another world that you have not placed on and enter it. From there you follow the same steps you did to establish your first colony. You can also use a different name or place in a different location if you wish.

I understand that that's the decision - that missions can't be brought back if they have been disabled - but there should be a warning "are you sure you want to disable missions, missions can't be re-enabled after you disable them", so that players know they can't get them back.
I'll put it as a suggestion.
