It is in the title. I see no preferences anywere in my screen and no were how i can delete so i can re create. Prov now is a mess due to wrong build.

You cannot delete your colony, you could message the admin in game and ask him to delete it which they may or may not do if you explain the situation. I would simply suggest to build on another world. The world you are currently on will reset soon enough but in the meantime you can play on a different server and practice some different strategies.
