I've tried to use it (to test it and stuff), but can't get it to work, so there may not be a big problem of everyone exploiting it.

I tried it again today to see if you were right, but mate, its actually real, if you press it super fast (like i did the first when i was desperate for the toilet, lol)
it actually does do multiple shutdowns in one turn. Only works if you are on the second turn.

(BTW, this is my other account, first account was stuck at level 22 bankrupt with bad items)
