so my question is : if the bounty is abouve the colony cap. how do he keep the bounty? is there a refund?lol

or does it stays abouve capacity?

The cap only means that your workers(im not sure maybe Tax, too) stop giving you money..

if there is a bounty of 100k you get the 100k but until you have again 15(or30k) you will stop producing new ress

Sorcerer is correct, but you still gain taxes even if you hit your cap.

You can also still continue to gain resources by razing, voting, and getting bonuses. The cap only affects workers.
