Actually, i prefer when opponent goes first. That gives me a chance to look at his weapons, without worrying about my own countdown timer if i happen to go first.

Also, seeing the opening move of an opponent gives me an idea if he's offensive or defensive player.

i see :) but it gives the opponent first punch. n around level 20 the battle lasts js a few turns. so the one who hits first gets advantage
best mech combo at level 20/22=
lucifer armour
weapons energy based
RPG (damn its aweosme)

Giving the opponent "the advantage" is part of one of my strategies. It's quite effective to give the opponent the false sense of security and then just suprise them with my weapon combos.

Battles do last few turns olny then when one of the mechs is much better than the other one. If mechs are quite fairly matched, it takes about 20+ turns before battle ends.

I don't think your energy drain mech would be best at lvl22. Mechs do operate without energy and quite nicely, but when overheated you will skip turns and you will be destroyed in no time at all.

When to think about it, i'd like to meet you in battle, despite the fact i'd be 2 levels lower than you are. Though, i've beaten several lucifers in my time here.

Btw, right now, i have my lvl33 mech in use. Bought it a week ago.
Though i still have my lvl20 mech as parts in my inventory. I can reassemble it if needed. ;)

LV22 vs LV24.is LV24 start first?

No.

If the mech lvls would be same (e.g. lvl20) then the highest lvl player starts 2nd.
But in your case, when one mech is lvl22 and another is lvl24, the lvl22 mech owner will start the battle first with full 2 turns.
