Hey, realize that this is only a critique.

I wanted to talk first about your 2 signatures. I think they're pretty good, but it's obvious that you C4D spammed. I would like it more if you blended the C4Ds together so it is less obvious.



As you can see in my latest sig, you can clearly see 1 C4D in there, however there are about 6-7 in total that I used. I've blended them to make the environment look more natural/realistic instead of sharp and abstract. The main problem with your sigs is that there's no blend, and because of this no sense of direction. Typically you want your art to flow in some manner and not be jagged. If you want it to be jagged then at least accentuate it more to compensate.



Lemme just critique this one completely..

First off I'll start with the pros of this sig. The color choice is nice and balanced, pleasing to the eye. The text is wonderful (I hate doing text, I may ask you to do my text for me in the future), and the border is thick enough to be noticed, yet thin enough to not be in the way.

However, the cons are a bit too noticeable to me. First off there's light but there's no darkness. I want to feel drawn to the girl, but everything seems to pop up at me. I feel like you need to dim down certain areas, especially the bottom left corner, and if you blended everything together it would look more realistic and bring the focus back to the girl's face. Basically, I feel like your sigs are all incomplete. Seriously, this looks like my typical step 5-6 where I've made the background, and put in the render and begun focusing the render.



Here's another one of mine. See how everything is blended and gives the render that aura of godliness?



And my last example, where I blended everything and gave it that fiery hellstorm feel.

I already got told by my mentor in Sig Lab that I still need to work on my render blending and that my light placement sucks atm.


Taking in those CnC , i improved the last tag I posted. And my mentor was pleased.



I still got lot of things to learn, hence I will take any CnC that you can throw at me.

Ahh, forgot to add that the easiest way to learn how to blend things is to learn how to smudge.

hehe and I cant smudge even if my life depends on it xD .. i have no sense of flow xD
