Have people forgotten the story of battledawn?
The Story of Battle Dawn

After a catastrophe, almost all civilization was wiped from the face of the earth. Now you, as the leader of a surviving group of people, must start to build your colony and strive for world domination as the strongest Colony on earth! Engage in battles, take over countries, gain trust among allies or backstab anyone who gets in your way. You are the leader of your colony, you make the calls, you decide your own fate.

So my question with all the complaining about backstabbing that goes on; Have people forgotten the story of battledawn?!?!

Moved to off-topic.

Well heres the thing, back a few years ago the scummy act of backstabbing wasn't as common. Back then people actually had respect and honor. In the time I've been back I've noticed anyone will stab not caring about respect or honor just personal game. To all of those backstabbers, you are trash.

So your saying allies have been forgotten and backstabbing is now being over used?

Im saying backstabbing is a low tactic and I have no respect for those who use it.

Well if you look at it in terms of a war game it is all about surviving and ultimately winning. A simple suggestion would be to only trust the people you really know.

Absolutely agree with this. Always played BD by a set of honor and have openly stated my distaste for betrayal to anyone who commits it, friends, foe, alliance leader, doesn't matter.

Really wish people would shape up and remember, BD is a pretty close knit community. If you ruin your reputation, it WILL come back to bite you. Is one cheap win in one era worth potentially screwing you up in the next four?

with all the manipulation and lies, backstabbers can make themselves a victim, and the victim of the backstab can become the backstabbers themselves...

Aister thats what the winners do 90% of the time.

"Hey didn't you backstab so and so on M3?"

"No bro, yeah man they actually attacked a resource outpost of my subs unofficial sub first. So you know we couldn't just sit back and watch that happen you know?"

Then their backstabbing record is cleaned

backstabbing truely does happen way too much its completely overused

example currently on f4, my team has been betrayed like 3 times in 300 ticks and we have beaten all the teams into pulp for it lol, even though they have more xtal and army and conqs and mines, and territory, and wells than us lool :D
