not really, it's partly the game's fault, but mostly the players

my team have countless of times, being offered a relocation spot, and as well as a promised high rank, protection and all. All we need to do was sit and build, yet we started to get demotivated, mostly due to loss of units, territory and sometimes crystals and conquers. In the end, we all quit the era.

Ok from what you said i understand that the problem exists with the game and the players.

How would you guys suggest that those who lose their units early on not be demotivated. For me it's hard to get used to a new area. and that itself is demotivating. another thing i was thinking of is constantly attacking and keeping active what you already own.
