Am I reading this right. GML was attacking an op of another allaince. VND spy attacked at 00:00 while the op was turning from the person they was attacking to GML and it effected them even though the rules state that you cant be spy attacked until 1 tick after you take possession of spy attack. Is this what happened?

GML accused VND to use the bug where they don't have to refresh in order to do the spy attack, however there are no way to prove VND used it or not. And Ilona said that when doing a spy attack, the server did refresh without u knowing. So the argument is void.

No that is not what happened. GML moved to Lost's op and locked it down. VND then 1 tick out took advantage and spy attacked GMLs units as well as called on the world to ion them. I believe they had 30+ confirmed ions on the op. VND then killed the 120 squads of GML.

Incorrect. GML locked down an outpost where units of LOST were stationed. They attacked that outpost heading into a lockdown, VND squads followed into that op 1 tick behind GML. I am the one who did the spy action, and I don't understand where this whole 00:00 bs is coming from. I refreshed the game when there was still 15 seconds left on the counter, but the game stalled like it usually does when a tick turns. By the time the refresh was done, the tick had turned and by the time I got my spy attack through it was 59:40 or something like that. I myself was upset thinking that I had missed the chance to spy because of the stall.

That said, as Ilona has stated..tick counter is always an estimate..its something that all of us have had to deal with since Battledawn was created. Sometimes tick turns right at 00:00 sometimes it turns with 2 minutes left in the tick. This round its been pretty good at turning sometime in the last minute, but it always differs. The fact that you don't actually have to refresh the ingame client to perform a spy attack while all other actions require you to do so is something that I would think needs to be looked at, but as the game is built, the GML squads could not have been spied unless tick had already turned and squads on the op. Even if the screenshot shows 00:00, all that means is that the owner of that colony did not refresh the ingame to reflect the actual timing of the tick counter.
