Havok is basically all out shenanigans where players get ALOT f resources and Energy, and just spam units and have fun. Plus there are riddles, and if u are one of the first to get it, u get 100 tokens.

Actually, there appears to be a problem. I can't seem to find anyone named Random. Or at least it isn't their ruler name. I'll try looking up the nation name of MLG.
