Both will LOSE all conquers. (100% sure)

One person will conquer the other. This (might) depend on the amount of units send or indeed like someone else already mentioned, the amount of rounds fought. The person that gets conquered will lose all his/her crystals to the conqueror.

Either way, It's not good. :)
