It goes by post count, or forum rank. But please, do not spam topics to gain post count. Alot of people tried to do it, and it's just not a good idea xD

off topic post doesn't count. Try not to spam for good i was banned once without any warning on forum, better not to wait for warning, forum ranking do not count on anything, this thing do not work as games for players.
