I posted this reply in another thread, and I figure I had better post it here as well, since you are being affected by the same issue.
Sorry mate. We are working on it. It appears there is a problem with a new feature PayPal has been rolling out, called "express checkout". As far as we can tell, the problem is with how their new system prioritizes what are known as "Instant Payment Notifications" or 'IPN'. For the payments that are being reported as problematic today, it appears that PayPal systems is not only failing to report IPNs for these transactions, but its failing to produce them at all.
Normally, I could log into our PayPal account and request to re-send the IPN for any transaction like this, and then our server would read it and the tokens would be delivered. But in these cases, there is no IPN produced by PayPal in the first place, so there is no way I can re-sent it to the server.
Right now we are waiting on PayPal to produce the IPNs or get back with us. Whichever comes first. I was told to wait 24 hours, and if it was not resolved in that amount of time, we could take further steps on our own.
Considering there are several of these cases today, I certainly hope that PayPal makes it easy on all of us and simply produces the IPNs, so I can just run down the list and get them paid out.
Apologies again folks! Sometimes when the big payment vendors change the way they do things, they don't always plan for situations like ours. All we can do is play catch-up.
Of course, we will do our best to compensate those affected for their inconveniences if it comes to be that our own shortcomings were a result of these issues.
