I have tried twice now to get 400 reds with a MasterCard debit card and both times, the purchase says it does not exist in the Debit information.
Even after i enter all the information.

Seems that PayPal is not recognising your debit card information, try double checking that all the details entered are correct. If that doesn't work, I guess you could try contacting your bank and inquiring if your card is still active, but other than that it's a problem on PayPal's/your bank's side, not ours. Good luck, let us know how it goes and thanks for supporting BattleDawn.

I'd recommend calling up the bank and confirming that the card is active. If the bank says all is good, then I guess it's a problem with PayPal. If this is the case I'd recommend trying MoneyBookers by selecting PayByCash, then selecting MoneyBookers. If it STILL doesn't work you can make an instant bank transfer with POLi, which can also be found via PayByCash. Let us know how it goes.

Ferr3t is right. Unfortunately we do not handle the payment processing. That is precisely what we use entities such as PayPal and PayByCash for. Those companies don't even typically tell us if it was debit or credit or direct balance payments of any kind. They simply tell us it was an instant, or eCheck payment, and its either ok to add tokens to an account or not.
eChecks wont award tokens until the payment clears both your bank, and PayPal systems.
In your case, I recommend contacting PayPal customer service and inquiring as to what the issue might be, and what you might be able to do to remedy it. It may be as simple is actually getting your PayPal account verified. I believe that once you are verified with a debit card on your account, you can quite easily transfer money from your bank account directly into your PayPal account and vice versa, although transferring money to your bank account from your PayPal account can take up to 3-5 days to complete.
You might also go the route of PayByCash, but that may not end up being much easier, and may actually rack up a little more in fees.
If it gets to the point that you have a successful transaction, and have not received your tokens, you can either PM me here on the forum, or send me an email at [email protected] If you do, be sure to include the PayPal transaction ID Number for the transaction in question.
