im having problems , i want an avatar cept i cant seem to get a pass from the system .
Im using imgur & uploaded an image , then shrunk it down to the 99 by 75 it state's for BD pixels , (seems to just keep getting smaller & smaller btw ) and ive tried every address link they give but BD wont except any of them , says invalid url ?

Make sure you're copying the direct link and not the link. You should be able to choose which they provide, direct link should end in a file format like .jpg .png .gif.

i tried everyone of them , none of them worked , im doing something wrong but i dont know what
