yeah, tried both IE 6 and FF 3.5... neither work.

Are you guys able to pause it until the majority of this issue gets resolved?

All affected worlds are paused until this login issue with IE is resolved.

i cant login i have tried ie8 7 and firefox and google crome and so on

also ceared cookies and every thing else suggest here i can log into every were but my worlds

forums i can log any way i pick a SERVER and it logs me out i log back in and it freeze,s there is an hour glass and part of the home page for bd

and thats it

i get a bit farther with firefox i get loged on server but i get an black page displayed and thats it

btw it says my name in the top cornner

i know thats a clue to the fact i have to clear cookies

this is y i left new cleint before and here we go again i was told it was fixed
ill get an email when replyed to
or get me on msn

Thanks Andrew. As long as the worlds are paused I don't care, take your time. But it sounds like this is also happening with other browsers.

I am able to get further with the PROD URL. but the progress bar stops half way through and it may be because you paused it.

We're looking at launching a mars 4 in the near future possibly, I'll post more details once we get closer to launching it.

I'm able to log in no problem with Firefox, IE however I am not.

Make sure if you are using Firefox 3.5 and up to choose the "everything" option in the top dropdown when you clear cache/cookies, otherwise you probably aren't clearing back far enough.

Google Chrome seems to work, well it did for a little bit then it stopped working.

I did everything what was said in solution topic. And this ctrl+shift+del combination doesn't seem to work at all in my firefox 3.5.2

I still found in official web cite of firefox how to clear a cache and cookies. I did all this and its still doesn't work. its just freezes on 4th bar while loading the game.
