1. Why are there no Green mammals?
There are. You just need to know which labs /secret government research facilities, to visit.
Spoiler:
Serious answer: There actually are some greenish mammals, but it's usually greenish-brown, or greenish-grey, nor bright green like lizards.
But the main reason mammals aren't green, is because they don't need to be (and thus, haven't evolved to be). But what about camouflage, you may ask, well, 2 points 1-Many mammals that would need camouflage don't live in highly green jungle areas, but in wooded areas (tree bark being brown) or on the ground, amongst the dirt and dead leaves (also brown), so brown is a better colour for them than green. 2-Predators of many mammals are colour blind, so being green wouldn't really help evade predation.

2. When different species of dogs are different shapes from each other, why are all species of cats the same shape as each other (cat shaped)?
One of my favourite facts about animals, is that hyenas are actually felines, not canines.
Spoiler:
If you mean, why is there such diversity between different breeds of dog (they're still just one species), it's partly because humans have been selectively breeding dogs for thousands (if not tens of thousands) of years, and for numerous different purposes (we've been selectively breeding other animals too, but mainly for food, so their diversity is fairly low). It may also be partly because dogs have a unique genome.

Well, you weren't answering his questions, so I thought I'd do it. Besides, my answers were better than yours anyway
If the definition of better is educational than sure. However, defining your own answers as better is purely subjective and since you did not ask a question in your post I banish you from this topic!
