no max, it affects ur units also.

If u nuke and attack an OP, but was inactive or something and u sit on the OP, u'll get damaged. It affects both side, not the side getting nuked.

And if u're nuked, ur units will get 1HP anyway, so it's not a big deal.

Still, its WAY over powered.

wat of it is overpowered? the damage thing is a two edge knife. and unless u don't send ur units along with ur nukes to kill off those 1HP units, it won't affect the one getting nuked much.

the only way I see radiation is good for the nuking side is nuking a shielded colony, the radiation will keep the 1HP units from healing. While if u send a nuke and attack at an OP, then u log out and sleep, the radiation will damage ur units, maybe till it gets 1 HP.

and this makes tanks slightly have an advantage, its less unit counts means getting damaged 3x less than inf.
