Question depends on whether you mean solo or with an active alliance. Solo, Africa is quite solid in my opinion, it has plenty of OPs and conquers so you can look good to some African alliance. For an alliance's spot, I pretty much agree with Matt. Though I prefer a pod than a hive if team is boosting.

I always hated hawaii.

It really is a terrible location. You can't get to anyone until you have a training base. Before that you can only boost and use stuff you're alliance gets. (Making you weaker in the long run)


That's why whomever starts on Hawaii almost never finishes there. They end conquered. and in the middle of nowhere.
