when i see people that have got like a symbol under their name and rank and power symbol and all that stuff what is it. i reminds me of a person in the army that get like a badge of their shirt for achieveing something rewardable. could anyone tell me what it is and how to get it?

i think he may be talking about the medals for how oyu finish on the hall of fame

if it is this you have to finish top 10 in an era to get one
