Lol, I can already see the top 5 alliances' colonies' glowing that festive green from all the nuke spammers. Is that all that got changed?

well radiation damage EVERY UNITS on affected OP / colony 1 HP per tick. It won't kill though. And nukes still kill 10% and damage the rest to 1HP upon impact like usual.
plus, OP has 1 tick lockdown immunity after being taken now, and if u want to lockdown ur own OP it has to be 24 control tick or more.
wat's more? hmm... oh yeah I think new players after tick 500 or 1000 (i don't remember) has 100 tick of can't-attack-another. It's to prevent spammers...
