In the forums:

User controll panel > Profile > Edit avatar


Then in game, you must select to use your forum avatar as your game avatar. :)

Changing your avatar is easy, you press your profile picture icon (while in game) then you press the open avatar tab which directs you to another site then you can upload your image in (bear in mind your picture must be within 150 pixels) then you press submit and log out and log in back so your chosen picture will be complete. :mrgreen:
