At the end of the day though, if this ESM suddenly demands unreasonable amounts of money and say, Finland decides not to. They will just drop out and adopt Norways krone to replace the euro. So the use of the word dictatorship in the video title just takes away from its credibility and will cause people not to take it seriously.
You could research it yes.. The articles this video is about are also given in the video description, you could read those.
And of course they could drop out of the EU and replace the Euro. However that means they will lose the money they have already invested in the ESM. They can not get the money back in any way, since they signed away their power to have any jurisdiction over the ESM.
