true. if u have enough troops, even when u build pure armor u still win.
but then, how much will u lost? Pure armor, compare to armor / damage / range, compare to 2 range 1 armor ratio. Just run a simulation and see for urself.
Damage units, imo, is less effective in terms of defense than armor units since they have less HP and higher cost, and less effective in terms of offense than range since they have to get to round 4 to actually dealing more damage than range units. And I don't think damage units will survive till round 4.

I just ran a basic simulation:
20 armor concussive tanks versus 50 lazer armor soldiers and 50 lazer range soldiers and lost 13 armor soldiers. Battle took 4 rounds.
then i ran
20 armor concussive tanks versus 50 lazer armor soldiers and 50 lazer damage soldiers and lost 12 armor soldiers. Battle took 3 rounds.

Why anyone would build non concussive armor is just completely beyond me.

:/ that's becuz in the second battle there are no range units, that's why the damage units will start doing damage, hence end the battle faster. Try put some range on the "tank" side. And u'll see the difference.

I didnt know that krazedkid, and i marked the anti tank vehicles green, but dude really, anti tank infantry when using multiple chassis is just...-_-

It's futile no matter what they do or build. Edit** Just did a Battle Sim. With my army lone, on the first round, I will kill off all your armor and 420 Anti Tank Ranged Vehicles. Augustus, you're the second strongest (only 2 power away from #1) You can do a lot more damage if you build right  Well your army will fall just as 3 of your team have already  Funny at the start of the war, power levels were: AHH(3100), NoS(2900). Now the power levels are: AHH(3500), NoS(2300). We killed your armies, without taking a scratch to ours' That's the difference in build and skill. If only you can match you skill with your loud untruthful mouths

non cooncussive armor is fine if you're playing solo
people just made armors concussive so that they have more survivability if their other teammates use beam/explosive armor
