How does the game decide which alliance member gets a Crystal/Relic when multiple members launch attacks at the same time?

Whoever has the most surviving units will get the crystal or relic.

I believe that's the same goes with wreckage and conquering a colony or outpost

Yes, and if they all send the same amount, it will go by Experience. Unless they changed it recently?

true. once def lost all units . then attacker will fight . if they are from diff alliance.
