Sooo i bought 45 dollars worth of tokens right? and i was all happy and got my 3k. Later that night my parents looked on their debit card and saw it charged their account twice, and were extremely angry. I'd like some help to know if i can either A.) get the money back or B.) get 3k of tokens like i should've, i dont know why this happened but it's not good, thanks for your help!

erm I think u should ask this question to the one u pay with. If u used PayPal, ask PayPal, if u use another, ask it. I don't think we can do anything with the purchase...

idk... BD doesn't have a credit card payment... it uses other payment services. Your money goes in the service that u choose. The service get a certain percent of it, then send the rest to BD, with a data saying which one bought it. After that BD send tokens to you.

My best bet is paypal, however, u can see it clearly on your bill, but I don't recommend posting ur bills over here though...

Same thing happened to me when i was using my phone. You need to contact the company who charged you and hope for the best.

What did they do to you? Did they give you anything back or was it useless? Cause i'm younger, so i had my parents pay for it and they were rather mad it happened, they might not let me support again, so i'd like for it to get figured out, but ill contact them and see i guess.

They said there was nothing they could do. I bought them in bulk so only a small percentage was lost. The admins said contact the company i did, they said that i had bought them and i should talk to BD about the missing tokens. They really didnt help.

Like i said that was the phone company, you used a credit card they might use a different policy, worth a shot.
