I have noticed a colony has 18 op`s built by another colony.8 fresh built and launched at, obvious op farming and probable multie use. Defiantly a cheat.So i messaged my admin
Admin Joe replyed he would look into it tick 1174.
now tick 1185 9 more ops are fresh built and under attack.same 2 colonys i pointed out

same to me.... why not do something about it, idk, Creat a HUGE spamming force and take all of his outposts, then keep them until other people take them?

1. he is higher rank than me 16th he is
2. he belongs to a friendly alliance
3. he uses multies , i can point out 3 colony's that he controls and 2 more i suspect so a war with him means i will be slammed with spam and new spam colony's could appear.

I've talked to the alliance who got surounded by ops (I'm assuming you're talking about Oil) and they were just as suprised as anyone else about it. Seemed a bit annoyed to be honnest.

Well your first problem will be that you're on a world whos Admin is Joe. He has a reputation as being a "not so great" Admin trolololol.
