Everyone here needs to stop complaining about subs. Almost EVERY successful alliance had multiple subs even from the very beginning. TK, NOM, CRK, AL, GML, FF, {(G)}, BUL are just a few that come to mind. Those days you were able to attack with subs and allies without killing yourselves.

I personally agree with alot of you guys about the subs. However, from what I've seen, the pros can break through meat shields, they just have to be careful. I mean, look at some of the builds AnM had to fight, terrible. But they did it, didn't lose many units, gained some valuable exp for units and got that much closer to their goal.

I like subs used in the form that RUN does with RUNa, RUNi, and RUN2. All act as one alliance and can really pack a punch. Especially if they are treated like ARMT. I can't remember seeing ARM play(except last era) without ARMT. They make an excellent team, almost as though it's just an extention of the main. Or HAHA and HeHe from last era. They did excellent as well. Or When BUL5 went against 1984(I think) on E4, the subs were trailing right behind.

I think it adds a new twist to the game, but at the same time I hate meat shields. Not only are newbs the shield, but newbs are the ones using the meat shield.

I do wish for one era though, every alliance would play without a sub, and the people that team up like ARMT and ARM would seperate and make it interesting. There would be so much competition.

I wish I had joined BD sooner, to see all the OC stuff. I joined just as the new client started and can remember alliances like NASA, FMJ, RoL, Purr, and others.

That would be pretty cool to see. But like make it even. Not just one huge battle. Like give ARMT NA, SA, Greenland and some of AA and let ARM take the rest. But then again, thats just my fantasy. lol

You cant give proof for farming. Its a grey area and based solely on observation and experience. I have said a number of times that this rule, since it cant be concretely proved, be removed, but in the interest of keeping things fair and preventing abuse, the rule remains. Outpost farming has to be countered with changes to ingame mechanics. Policing wont work. Therefore Andrew's claims that you did cheat, is as good as your claims that you didnt.
