yeah at the end of each era after an alliance has won or time has run out the era goes into havoc which is just a time for the admin to reset everything, in other words he gets it ready to delete everything except for metal mines and oil mines. after a while of havoc the world will be restarted on tick 1 and its usualy paused so people can place their colonies :)

well the thing is if you win an era you get tokens to use next era and also it gives players a chance to win becuase if the eras ran forever the top alliance would get so far ahead no one would catch up with them and beat them and then eventually it would get very boring
