The zombies rip apart the wooden planks that kept them from the humans inside. Twilar could tell their would soon be blood shed and he would relish it when it came with a manic's smile.

Leo and I stood in the kitchen, plotting our defense when it happened. The boards that kept the zombie hoard away from us was now broken. WE AREN'T READY! said the screaming voice of my conscience, on the outside I kept a calm expression. These are my brothers, these are my family I must protect them all.

It is then, when I got the courage to make the first move. I grabbed my knife as the first zombie limped through the destroyed barricade. I launched myself at it and it opened its mouth ready to feed when I stabbed it in the eye, threw my leg at its calf. It fell and I drew my knife out of its eye, as the second and third zeds came running in clumsily.

Just then, in those few milliseconds I had to think I heard an old man upstairs yelling. Unable to make out what he said I grow worried. My thoughts are broken by the groan of a zombie about to feast on my delicious face. -.-

Holy Crap. It's Left for Dead IRL.

I wake up after a short nap, and looked around. Something was wrong. The teenagers I was with were gone, and the only things left in the room was my sleepy bum, my sword and the radio, which was still chanting away. What time was it?

Screaming. That and feral snarling coming from the floor below me; the ground level. I look to the window and I see this massive wave of zombies streaming in through a broken section of the wall. Oh god. Grumble. Shut it stomach, this isn't the time!

I grabbed my sword and headed downstairs into the fray, strangely devoid of fear; only an intense excitement that I finally get to do this.

Just before the zombie could bite me, Leo ran up screaming and punched the zed in the face so hard it fell down and then I stabbed the third one, as the second one was getting up Leo did a curb stomp sending brains everywhere...

(( By the way, what kind of zombies are these? are we playing by The Walking Dead rules or I am legend rules? ))

I remain unconscious, lying next to an upstairs window with a broken potted plant lying next to me.

As soon as I hear the screaming I rush downstairs and guard the front hallway. The zeds are pouring in so I start wacking right and life. At first my katana is getting stuck in limbs and faces but in time I get the hang of it and the kills stack up. Good thing I had my newfound friends helping me or else I would be dead already.

I rush into the upstairs room to try and find some extra weapons and see an unconcious guy who looks like he has a bruise on his head i shake him and he wakes up. I see a plant pot next to him did the zed throw this.

The sun rises from the darkness emitting its burning white light. The zombie army outside the house that haven't got inside burn up in seconds however the remaining zombies inside the house are still alive! You can either kill them or put them in the basement for some reason?

The radio stops its weird noise and a gruff sounding man is speaking through it. 'Hello anyone out there?' 'We have been getting life signs where this radio is active and if their is any survivors we want you to radio back to us and we'll air drop you supplies in commander Jones out!'.

I wake up on the floor with a headache. I grab my zimmer frame and pull myself upright, but before I can gather my thoughts, a zombie shambles towards me.

I grapple with the zombie for almost a minute before it pushes me back towards the window, and we both fall through it. The zombie burns into ash, and I land on the ground below, knocking myself unconscious.
