Hello all. I'm new to the game and enjoying it (in spite of being cleverly attacked by Flying squid worm!) but now can't work out an issue...

I can create units and organise squads, but now I can't make an attack. I can transfer squads to an ally, but nowhere else. If I move units to one of their colonies, the "X" at the end of the flight path line is green. If I put the "X" on a hostile or neutral colony/object, the "X" is red. My spy does the same thing...I can no longer put the spy on anyone else either.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Do you have a level 3 farm, goldmine and lumber mill created? ( THe first 3 buildings upgraded to level '3'

If you cannot attack, you are most likely under protection, or have not build all the structures required. You need Level 3 farm, Level 3 Metal Mine and Level 3 Oil Well in order to attack. You also need to be out of protection.

Same goes with the spies, I believe.

Yes...I am past level three in all the upgrades.

Maybe I am under protection...I got conquered (again) my little tan flag shows "19"...as in it's been 19 ticks since my last over-run.

So, does that mean I need to wait until that flag shows "72" to not only rebel, but also attack?

Hmm no, you aren't under protection. Perhaps you are trying to travel too far.

You can only travel a maximum of 24 ticks at a time. The area you can travel is shown by a green circle.

Nah. Control ticks don't affect whether you can attack something or not. And you couldn't be in protection if you had gotten conquered. Are you sure you have enough oil and everything to send your squads somewhere? Also try clearing your cache and cookies.

No...not travelling too far.

782 Oil, 298 Energy, 1117 Metal...

Cookies and that stuff just deleted...no change.
