The admins probably do care, but obviously they'll care more about their lives and work than being an admin of this game, which is to be expected. All of us care about this game less than work/school and life in general (I would hope).

As LC and Ads said, admins can't be on all the time, though I agree they should at least give an explanation of why you were banned, how long the ban is for and if you can appeal/prove your innocence (assuming you are innocent). But I thought that on the screen saying you were banned, it tells you why and for how long, doesn't it?

typical me hey thinking im # 1 i learned how long i was banned from other players not andrew the one who banned me. 2 i gave out alot of tokens to my team which i played with so if its all about me than why would i do that ive given out prob $500 worth of tokens just cause i want my team to improve not just me. i just lost 20k worth of tokens on F4 im pretty pissed about that but the worst is when andrew has 2 msgs 1 on skype and 1 in game has been 18 hours and still not a msg back but everyone else knws how long im banned but me because they all found out. i should stay calm about this it has nothing to do with money it just makes it even worse that they do it to u when u spend that much. its the fact im in top alliances and am getting ignored about how long ill be gone by the admin who banned me

Ah so it doesn't tell you how long for, though they implemented the orange being temporary and red being permanent thing. Would've thought the duration of the ban would be there, though maybe if there is no duration shown, then it is permanent...

well i got banned 2 times ... the first time i was banned perm by admin joe ... but it was a mistake ... that doesn't matter lol .. but when i got perm banned i got the same screen lol ... and now i'm temp banned by admin andrew and still the same screen xD ... i just found out the duration of the ban from another admin
as i said ... they keep u in the dark
and it's really disappointed to get banned in sensitive times and find no one to make u understand what happened ....

o and im sry i forgot to mention that when i messaged him i waited patiently at 1st than talk to friend who asks how long ago i messaged him both on skype and BD and he tells me that he got a reply 1 hour after i messaged him so now i knw he was online and ignored me
