Wait for a reply from OneBip. If you didn't receive any tokenadmin messages there is quite literally nothing BD can do. If you really did submit the payment and you're not lying in an attempt to snag a couple of tokens, OneBip should be able to track the status of the payment and check what happened to it. Be paitiant and wait for OneBip the reply.
