Launch Firefox and go to Tools > Add Ons.
Select the BD tool bar and then select Uninstall.
Quit Firefox and then launch it again.

Then install it again:

Chrome doesn't work quite good yet, but I think Battle Dawn Toolbar works for Chrome.
