Hey Battle Dawners, our main server has unexpectantly crashed which has resulted in all worlds temporarily freezing. Depending on the extent of the issue which caused the crash it could take anywhere between 5 minutes and 48 hours to resolve the problem. Computers are computers I guess and it's impossible to run everything 24/7 year after year without a single hitch. I can assure you that we are working as hard as we possibly can to resolve the problem and it will be fixed as soon as possible. I'll edit this thread when we've got a solid ETA on when the issue will be resolved, stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, thanks for your patience.

EDIT: Seems everything is back to normal guys, thanks for being so understanding and sorry for the downtime.

I know this stuff can happen, but in other online games where gameplay is severely affected for awhile, refunds are given. While I'm sure mass bonuses will be given on various worlds, what about the supporters who spent oney on these eras and may have eras ruined because of this?

This is the second time in a week or so that I encountered (although the other was much more limited). I don't want to spend any more money if there are no guarantees that it will actually help me in the game.

On a side note, why not close down some of the servers if this is the issue?
For example, there are 5 earths and 2 of them are 1 tick/hr worlds. Do we really need two of these? Why not just eliminate either e1 or e4 to save servers?

Thanks for listening. I never post, and tried to be remain reasonable even though I'm a little perturbed at the fact that this basically ruined an attack on a relic (element of surprise completely lost)

we're on tick 773 and still not a sniff of one nor any sign of the admin

one problem, although the tick is frozen, building structures are still working. Also, it can "hurry" the recruit soldiers. It means some people get benefit over other player from this issue.

Thanks for informing us. Most games usually just say they have stopped without any explanation.

That is how it is before the actual game starts to, its just part of the game, and thats why it really sucks when the servers go down.

There is not much we can do about this.
