Florida has the highest death rate of a certain illness, far more than any other state. Conclusion: Florida's environmental conditions is detrimental to human health because it causes such an illness.
Spoiler:
False. In this example, Florida's climate is actually so helpful to the illness that people with the illness travel to Florida in an effort to recuperate. This influx of people with the illness would obviously increase the death rate.
