yup, there will be no siding, unless one got attacked, one will not join the war. Wat they will do is to send military aids and/or sell weapons to the nations involved.

If countries were forced to pick sides, it would most likely be NATO vs. China, Russia, North korea, Iran, and maybe some smaller countries in the middle east.

That is what I'm guessing as well. But all china would really have to do is ask for the money USA owe them and stop lending USA money, USA would be bankrupt within a month

True. But if they called in our debt, we would probably stop trading with them as retaliation and slowly but steadily, their economy would collapse. And besides, I don't really think that they could just call in our debt anytime they want.
