So true..

I agree though, this does little good for non-boosters. I am currently in a team with a lot of boosters, with me not boosting. They all had range tick 1, and I still won't be getting it anytime soon.

This is totally true but supporters can still do this since worlds are freezed right before they begin,for x amount of time so actually the building times doesn't affect supporters but that of non-supporters

personally I'd say put the building time back the way it was to keep it fair in a way ^^ohhh and the rest of the updates I love it :)

The problem I have with this building time update is that in my opinion it still favors boosters. Before, you could get a gate with 2 blue boosts, so you could get it at tick 13. Boosters could get it tick 1, so there was 12 ticks of difference between them.

Now, boosters can get gates at tick 13 or 14, since there is a 24 hour freeze, and non-boosters can get gates at tick 13+24 hours which means it's tick 37, that's a 23-24 tick difference. And that's for a 1 tick, on 2 or 3 tick/hour the difference is even bigger.

The reason this update doesnt make a difference is because, people forget that whether its 2 mins or 20 hours, its for everyone. So a booster will still be able to get it before a non booster. What difference does it make WHEN a booster builds a structure? He only has to build it way before a non booster, and this will happen even now.

The primary flaw is trying to negate the advantage boosters have ingame. The game is designed such that tokens WILL give you an advantage. Accept that fact and if you want to balance something, then change the system somehow. Another problem is, that BD largely depends on tokens for survival. When you connect ingame player necessities with revenue, its very difficult and in most cases almost impossible to balance things. This is why this update is mostly ridiculous.

everything goes back and forth i boost both red and blues.

an easy way to fix the issuses with tokens is just everyone vote every day lol.. then its at least somewhat fair as u can boost blues which almost everyone does as it is lol. just putting that out there

Just noticed another change (and not for the better). The amount of achievements has gone down to 32. WHY?

Due to the changes in power calculation the higher tier power achievements were removed.
