ok, have them try this.. get to the client, or any flash like the top players listing on the portal. then right+click and select global settings. then delete all browsing data from the advanced tab.. if they're not running the latest version of flash, they may need to to get to that. then clear their browser's cache, then refresh the battledawn.com site and log in
also, if they're going directly to the client, have them make sure that their link is
www.battledawn.com and not just battledawn.com
